Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if for some reason you need to return your items, you may return within 30 days of purchase.

To be complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase accompanies by order # and email as well as proof of charge.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please allow 5-­7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@stromyvault.com and send your item to Stormy Vault's Return and Exchange address 

 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit certificate will be emailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
